Weekly Announcements - Week of 4.8.2024
Panther Band Family,
I hope everyone has had a relaxing weekend and that we have good weather for the eclipse tomorrow! This is a huge week for the band program, with UIL Concert and Sightreading Evaluation on April 9 (Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony) and 10 (Wind Ensemble).
The itineraries for all bands can be found here. We would LOVE to see as many people in the audience for our performances, both on stage AND in the sightreading room.
Our students have dedicated themselves to learning challenging programs and we would love the opportunity to show off their most polished product. Plan on being at Leander High School on April 9 and/or 10, if you can!
Finally, you are all invited to our General Band Booster Meeting on April 16 at 6:30 PM. One of the main foci of this meeting will be proposing the Band Booster Budget and Band Fees for the 2024-2025 school year to the General Membership for approval. If you are interested in how design the budget, this meeting is for you!
