Refund Policies

Registration

• Registration includes a non-refundable deposit.

• After registration and before July 31, 2025, a refund will be issued less expenses incurred by Liberty Hill Band Boosters on your student's behalf.

• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after July 31, 2025.

Merchandise

• Any merchandise purchased that has been worn or used is non-refundable.

Other

• Refunds may be considered on a case by case basis
