Communication is one of the keys to a successful band season! The Liberty Hill Band program and the Liberty Hill Band Boosters use two different communication platforms(ParentSquare and Band App), and we encourage every family to join both so you never miss an important announcement.

We Recommend Joining Both

ParentSquare and Band App serve different purposes, and together they provide all the information you'll need throughout the year.

  • ParentSquare is the official communication platform used by the Liberty Hill Band Directors for all band and color guard information.

  • Band App is the official communication platform used by the Liberty Hill Band Boosters for volunteer opportunities, fundraising, events, spirit wear, and booster activities.

By joining both platforms, you'll always know what's happening and have the information you need to support your student throughout the season.

ParentSquare – Official Band & Color Guard Communications

The Liberty Hill Band Directors use ParentSquare as the official communication platform for all band and color guard programs. This is where families will receive important information regarding:

  • Rehearsals and schedule changes

  • Performance information

  • Football games and competitions

  • Required forms and deadlines

  • Student expectations

  • Trip information

  • Program announcements

  • Emergency notifications

If you are not currently receiving ParentSquare messages, please contact one of the Band Directors and ask to be added to the appropriate ParentSquare group. Staying connected through ParentSquare ensures you receive the most current information directly from the directors throughout the school year.

Band App – Liberty Hill Band Boosters

The Liberty Hill Band Boosters use Band App for all booster organization communications. While ParentSquare keeps you informed about the band program itself, Band App keeps you connected with everything the Boosters are doing to support our students.

Through Band App you'll find information about:

  • Fundraising events and campaigns

  • Booster meetings

  • Spirit wear and spirit item sales

  • Sponsorship updates
